NOTE: During the current pandemic we now require in advance, a copy of Government issued photo id with proof of residential status. \n\nComfortable and sustainable two bedroom fully self-contained cottage in leafy semi-rural area with fully equipped Kitchen, Pantry, Laundry and Bathroom. \nThe property is home to various domestic animals including a Jack Russell Dog (Dinozo), a Burmese Cat (Ducati), and various chickens.\nThe property is also home to various native wildlife. You may see on your visit: Kookaburras, Magpies. Butcher Birds, Black and Sulphur Crested Cockatoos, Superb Fairy Wrens, Willy Wagtails, Noisy Miners, Grey Crowned Babblers, and many other bird species in and around the trees and gardens.\nPossums, both Ring Tail and Brush Tailed inhabit the property and surrounding area along with the occasional native Bush Rat, a family of Lace Monitors, Diamond Python, Grey Kangaroos and Wallabies. Unfortunately, we haven’t seen a Koala yet however the local wildlife rescue group harvests the trees on the front footpath to provide food for injured Koalas in their care.
Ducati\'s B and B is located in Raymond Terrace. Offering free WiFi, the property also has barbecue facilities and a garden.\n\nThe villa with a patio and garden views has a living room, a flat-screen TV, an equipped kitchen, and a bathroom with a hot tub.\n\nBreakfast is available daily, and includes continental, Full English/Irish and vegetarian options.\n\nAt the villa guests are welcome to take advantage of a hot tub.
