We can accommodate infants up to to 5 months and children over 15 years of age. There is a minimum two night stay for all bookings.\n\nOur three luxury villas are superbly appointed and feature:\n\n- Two generous sized bedrooms each with an ensuite, plush kingsize beds, quality linen, a private balcony with outdoor bath and shower and magnificent escarpment views.\n\n- Ensuite bathrooms with a large walk-in shower, under floor shower heating, fluffy towels, snug robes and slippers and a separate toilet.\n\n-Wifi and HD televisions.\n\n- Full kitchen with coffee machine and farm fresh eggs, bread, jam, honey and milk for your breakfast. We also provide salt, pepper and oil for cooking. \n\n- A wood fire and reverse cycle ducted air conditioning.\n\n- Cards and a selection of books and board games.\n\n- A main deck with generous outdoor table and chairs, gas fired BBQ.\n\n- Stunning views and nature at it’s very best.\n\nPrior to your arrival, you can order from our in-villa dining menu, with produce sourced and prepared by a local chef. Amaroo Valley Springs offers accommodations in Barrengarry, 8.2 miles from Fitzroy Falls and 15 miles from Belmore Falls. Each accommodation at the 5-star villa has mountain views, and guests can enjoy access to a garden and barbecue facilities. There\'s a sun terrace and guests can access free Wifi and free private parking.\n\nAll units at the villa complex come with air conditioning, a seating area, a flat-screen TV with streaming services, a kitchen, a dining area, and a private bathroom with bathrobes, a walk-in shower, and slippers. A dishwasher, an oven, and microwave are also available, as well as a coffee machine and a kettle.
