There's bound to be plenty of all of the above at this charming sister venue to Elizabeth Bay's popular Gazebo Wine Garden. Accessible via a cobbled path in Surry Hills, The Winery mixes quirky-modern and classic-chic sensibilities to great effect, complete with a chandelier of antelope heads and French chairs from the early 20th century. As its name suggests, wine is a key focus of this venture, with more than 50 imported and local wines available by the glass. The Modern Australian menu features tasting plates, mains, and even a "girls' picnic" set menu for lazy weekend noshes.
