So many errors and mismanagement last night. I understand it was busy.
Food was good but we waited nearly 2 hours - so did the tables next to us. When it came out it was without cuttlery, few tables were waiting on cuttlery to be cleaned (took another 10-15mins), so as my food was getting cold, I proceeded to eat the meal with my hands as if I were in Hungry Jack's.
3 Stars is a generous rating only because I've been visiting this place for over 20 years when my parents used to take me so there is an attachment. I can only hope that management can improve because there is so much potential there. Amazing beer garden, entertainment, just mismanaged in other departments unfortunately.
Also the kids play ground needs a clean. It stinks like urine and gets worse each time.
Hopefully one day I can give this place 5 stars.
