The tasting bar is a modern and stylish alternative to traditional pubs and bars, offering views directly into their production distillery making it a truly unique bar experience. Hosting a seasonal tapas and cocktail menu, Earp Distilling Co. spirits are offered as tastings or by the glass. They are home to a wide variety of Australian and international spirits including gin, vodka, whisky, rum and bourbon. A curated selection of Hunter Valley wines and locally produced beers also available.
They offer a number of experiences including tasting flights, guided distillery tours and the Australian first Spirit School.
